In 2017, she founded ProjectLab Services, a consulting firm specializing in strategic operations, including the selection and implementation of CRM tools, as well as the optimization of marketing procurement processes. She supports both solopreneurs and small businesses in the selection, configuration and use of CRMs, an area often perceived as complex.
